For our next Cacao + Paint event July 7th! Come Home to Your Heart: A Cacao & Painting Ceremony with Human Design.
This will be a special one, as we’ll have my dear friend, Mari Smith, co-hosting and teaching us about Human Design and the heart center.
In Human Design, the Heart Center governs willpower, self-worth, and our relationship to making promises and commitments.
Approximately two-thirds of people have an Open Heart Center, and without understanding this, it’s easy to fall into over-promising, overachieving, and constantly trying to prove your worth.The invitation of the Open Heart Center is profound: you have nothing to prove.
There are others who have what’s called a “Defined Heart Center” For those this, willpower is consistent, but the shadow side is using that will to bulldoze past what the body and spirit actually need.
One of the greatest gifts of understanding your own Heart Center is learning to make decisions from the body’s intelligence rather than the mind’s conditioning.
Ceremonial cacao, as a heart opener, creates the perfect container for this. As the heart softens and the mind quiets, we become more available to sense what our own inner knowing and self worth actually feels like.
The Event Flow:
We’ll begin with a short talk by Mari about what Human Design is and how the heart centers work for our particular designs.
Then we’ll sit in ceremony with 100% ceremonial cacao to open and connect with the heart.
From there, we’ll move into a painting experience that expresses your heart speak - what she desires, what she’d like to embody, what is feeling present, etc.
No art experience is needed for this event - only a willingness to show up, drop in, and let your heart be witnessed by you.
Everyone will get their Human Design chart along with some personalized insights for this event.
